A 45 minute session of light touch energy work. we will briefly discuss any physical or emotional issues that you may be working on. I will help the energy to flow smoothly through your chakras, releasing any energies that are no longer serving you. This process helps your body achieve deep relaxation so it can heal itself. Benefits of Reiki may include emotional healing, spiritual insight, physical healing, detoxification and a distinct feeling of well-being. You will be amazed at the results!
